We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented R&D Chemist / nutritionist to play a vital role in our product development and innovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for formulating new health food products, conducting research on nutritional content, and ensuring product safety and compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced research and development activities to create new and improved products, formulations and processes.
• Formulate or mixing new or existing product.
• Continuous improvement of existing formula.
• Conduct testing and monitoring on all production or R&D prototype.
• To issue or revise ingredient list, PIF, BMR for existing, newly developed and launched products to internal department or external party.
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on trend, pricing, products, etc.
