Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Perform analysis of customer plating bath, R&D and application samples and raw material, according to customer and internal requirement.
Perform test for method development request from Functional Electronic Coatings application and R&D.
Prepare and maintain all test records for generation of Test Report.
Provide technical and analytical assistance (training) to customers.
Carry out in-house maintenance and coordinate external preventive maintenance for test equipment when necessary.
Maintain documents and records in compliance to relevant ISO, Quality management and safety system requirement.
Maintain and manage inventory of chemicals / reagent for analysis & spare parts and consumables for test equipment.
Assist in safety inspection, ISO documentation and maintenance of safety equipment.
Other responsibilities related to laboratory operation assigned by immediate superior.
