Athyna is building Latin America's largest network of Chemistry PhDs and Master's researchers to work directly on frontier AI post-training with leading AI labs and Fortune 500 companies.

You'll design evaluation frameworks, stress-test model performance, conduct red-teaming exercises, and help refine AI systems for real-world deployment. Projects range from targeted evaluations to ongoing model improvement work, with flexible engagement options: full-time, part-time, or project-based—depending on client needs and your availability.

This is hands-on research work that directly shapes how advanced AI systems perform in production.
