Chemist/Sr. Chemist- CRD (Semiconductor)

Key Responsibilities


Lead process development and optimization for semiconductor-grade specialty chemicals (e.g., vinylbenzyl chloride, vinylphenols, trimethylstyrene, hexafluorobenzene, sodium pentafluorobenzenesulfonate).
Design and execute lab-to-pilot scale experiments ensuring reproducibility, scalability, and cost-effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in production, quality, and regulatory to ensure smooth technology transfer.
Develop robust process safety protocols aligned with EHS standards for high-purity chemical manufacturing.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance yield, purity, and sustainability of semiconductor-grade products.
Prepare technical documentation, SOPs, and validation reports for internal and client requirements.
