Responsibilities and Tasks:
Establish and improve Lab process condition and technology including AMC / UPW / Chemical / VPD / Slurry analysis.
Upgrade process and equipment (IC / GC / ICP-MS……) capability or reduce cost.
Establish and modify ion, metal, organic process management projects.
Set up Chemical Lab analysis and tool control supporting and rotation.
Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials.
Abnormal analysis and reaction tracing and improvement.
Need to cooperate with Global Teams and other department.
