1. 负责餐饮部日常运营管理工作，包括但不限于中餐厅、西餐厅及宴会服务的统筹协调与质量把控；
2. 监督并指导服务员执行标准化服务流程，确保宾客体验符合国际品牌酒店服务规范；
3. 协助制定并落实餐饮服务培训计划，提升团队专业素养与服务意识；
4. 配合部门完成成本控制、物料盘点、设备维护及安全卫生管理等基础运营工作；
5. 妥善处理宾客投诉与特殊需求，及时响应并跟进闭环，维护酒店服务口碑。

1. 大专及以上学历，酒店管理、旅游管理或相关专业优先；
2. 具备3年及以上高星级酒店餐饮服务一线及基层管理经验，有国际品牌酒店工作经验者优先；
3. 熟悉餐饮服务标准流程、食品安全法规及酒店信息系统操作；
4. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及突发事件应对能力；
5. 普通话流利，具备基础英语会话能力者更佳；
6. 遵守国家法律法规，无违法违纪记录，认同企业价值观与服务理念。
