Team Manager - Reablement Team (Adult Social Care)

Contract: Temporary (cover during recruitment process)
Pay Rate: £44 per hour

Eden Brown Synergy is currently recruiting for an experienced Team Manager to join the Reablement Team within Adult Social Care in Cheshire West. This is a temporary opportunity to provide management cover while the permanent recruitment process is completed.

This role would suit a confident and experienced Adult Social Worker with previous supervisory or management experience, ideally within reablement or short-term intervention services.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide operational leadership and day-to-day management of the Reablement Team.

Supervise and support social workers and reablement staff.

Oversee assessments, care planning, and short-term reablement interventions.
