Chicken Cook Master/Pollero  (New Store Opening)
$14/hr + tips opportunities for growth, flexible schedules, holidays off, paid time off, employee meals

Looking for enthusiastic individuals that are customer service oriented and can provide a welcoming attitude to our customers. The chicken cutter will be responsible of receiving customer orders and communicate it to the BOH as well as the packer. 

Duties:
Have full knowledge of the menu
Cut chicken to its proper portion and customer specifications
Answer any questions a customer may have in regards to the menu. 
Ensure that chicken being served is up to standards (Holding time, temp, appearance)
Opening, closing and side duties.
