The Chief Engineer is responsible for the overall operation, maintenance, reliability, and efficiency of a Class A high-rise commercial office property. This position provides leadership to the building engineering team while ensuring all building systems operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable regulations. The Chief Engineer serves as the technical expert for the property , overseeing preventive maintenance programs, capital projects, vendor management, life safety systems, tenant service delivery, and energy management initiatives. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, leadership ability, financial acumen, and customer service skills to support a premier office environment.
