>For a start-up joint venture of two industrial leading companies, we are looking for a Chief Compliance Manager who wants to build a team and with that team be responsible for developing and embedding the the Global Compliance Program. This is a senior level role with interesting challenges and the opportunity to really make this your own.
Main responsibilities of the role:
Develop and implement a global compliance plan, determining which policies should be put into place and rolling these out, as well as monitoring progress.
Be ambassador to making compliance an integral part of the company, including but not limited to legislation, client agreements and ensure business is conducted in line with company guidelines and ethical business practices
