Role Overview
The Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) will have overall responsibility for the firm's global compliance framework, with a primary focus on regulated fund structures.
The role requires deep technical expertise in fund regulation and a proven track record of direct engagement with both the Bermuda Monetary Authority (BMA) and Irish regulatory authorities (including the Central Bank of Ireland).

The CCO will act as a key senior control function, advising the Board and executive management on regulatory risk, ensuring ongoing compliance with applicable laws and regulations, and maintaining strong, credible relationships with regulators across multiple jurisdictions.
