Job Description

• Supervises and coordinates activities of kitchen personnel in preparing meals aboard cargo ship
• Coordinates with the Master on food supplies and equipment.
• Determines time and sequence of cooking operations to meet meal-serving hours.
• Inspects galley mess hall and galley eequipment, such as pots, ovens, and cutlery for cleanliness.
• Overall in-charge of food and catering department.

Skills and Qualifications:

12 Months Experience as Chief Cook

With NC III

Willing to Sail in HRA
