- **Key Responsibilities**:
- Prepare and cook meals for the crew and passengers.
- Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in the galley and dining areas.
- Plan menus in accordance with nutritional guidelines.
- Supervise and train galley staff.
- **Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Chief Cook or in a similar role on vessels.
- Valid STCW certification.
- Excellent culinary skills and knowledge of food safety standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and under pressure.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
