The Chief Data Office serves as Nomura's second line of defence, providing comprehensive governance and control across Data, Cloud, and AI. Operating globally across Tokyo, Hong Kong, Singapore, London, Powai, and New York, we deliver Governance & Standards, Common Data Store & Data Culture to mitigate data, cloud and AI risk. Our target outcomes are to enable efficient, data-driven regulatory compliance, reduce data risk, and improve data usability for analytics and AI.



The Data Governance Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and continuously improving the firm’s data governance framework.
