The Chief Delivery Officer leads our Operations Business Unit, driving excellence in service delivery and ensuring every customer experiences world-class execution. This Executive has full operational, strategic, and financial ownership of the Operations BU, which provides high-quality back-office, administrative, and professional support services. The BU helps companies build and manage exceptional support, operations, and financial teams across roles such as customer support specialists, bookkeepers, accountants, and other non-software development positions.
