Chief Development Officer

GateSource HR is seeking a Chief Development Officerwith experience in the Mining industry to lead all pre-operational and pre-investment workstreams across theNorthen region south americamining portfolio.

This executive role is responsible for portfolio prioritization, feasibility leadership, and capital readiness, working closely with shareholders and the Board to define long-term development strategy before projects move into execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic and economic evaluation of a critical minerals portfolio including Nickel, Cobalt, Vanadium, Gallium, Coltan, and REEs.
• Build and manage a prioritized investment pipeline using a structured portfolio screening framework.
• Own all Scoping, PFS, FS, and strategic assessments, managing international technical and consulting advisors.
• Deliver a 10-year strategic master plan covering exploration, processing build-out, and downstream positioning.
