Chief Engineer / Head of Maintenance (Hospitality Projects Mallorca)

We are developing a unique hospitality portfolio in Mallorca and Denmark, combining luxury boutique hotels, regenerative concepts, authentic architecture, and high operational standards.

The first hotel opening is planned for March 2027, followed by additional projects on the island. We are currently entering the critical construction and pre-opening phase and are looking for an experienced and hands-on Chief Engineer who can support the projects from construction until successful hotel operations.

Location: Mallorca, Spain

Start Date: As soon as possible

This is not a purely administrative engineering position.

We are looking for someone with strong technical experience who is also operationally minded, proactive, and hands-on.
