About the Role

The Head of Engineering will be responsible for ensuring smooth, safe, and efficient engineering operations across multiple manufacturing units located in and around Indore. This role will lead all electrical installations & utilities like Compressor etc ensuring high plant uptime, regulatory compliance, cost efficiency, and continuous improvement aligned with modern and sustainable manufacturing practices.

Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for smooth engineering operations across multiple units including, Dyeing & Apparels manufacturing
• Lead and manage electrical systems, utilities, and infrastructure including boilers, compressors, ETP, and other utility plants
• Ensure optimal operation, maintenance, and commissioning of boilers, compressors, power distribution systems, and utilities
