**Position Summary**

The Chief Engineer manages all engineering and maintenance operations of the property, including the building, grounds, and physical plant, with a focus on safety, security, and asset protection. This role is accountable for budgeting, capital expenditure projects, preventive maintenance, energy conservation, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Chief Engineer also leads the emergency response team for all facility issues and oversees the engineering staff to maintain efficient, safe, and reliable operations.
