Chief Engineer

Job Purpose

• To manage overall building operations and facilities maintenance on a day to day basis. This includes regularly reporting to Principal Officers of Ayala Malls Group on the status of the physical and financial condition of the property.
• To ensure that the company objectives and strategies on property maintenance and enhancement of property values are implemented at the managed mall.

Duties and Responsibilities

Department's role is to manage malls developed by Ayala Land, Inc. It provides technical consultancy and property management expertise and services throughout the lifecycle of the project development as well as after sales services.

• Inspect different areas of the property, along with Building Engineers and contractual supervisors
• Renewal of preventive maintenance contracts
• Renewal of government permits
• Coordinate Fire/Earthquake and other safety Drills
