Chief Engineer

Job Summary
Responsible for P.T. directing, controlling, coordinating and participating in all Engineering activities, and for preparing and implementing preventive maintenance, methods and techniques, improvement programmes and other Engineering projects.
Responsibilities
Directs, coordinates and participates in all activities of Engineering personnel such as ;
Installing, maintaining, repairing and operating Hotel machinery, equipment and related system.
Fabricating, maintaining, installing or repairing plumbing and sanitary facilities, Hotel means the total hotel complex locks and keys, carpentry works, concrete works, etc.
Painting and varnishing surfaces, trimmings and fixtures of Hotel bulling and other structures.
Maintaining of gardens and landscaping of the hotel.
Develops and sees to the implementation of preventive maintenance and repair schedules for all Hotel Complex machinery equipment and other facilities.
