Job Description
Take the lead as Chief Estimator for our construction projects, focusing on estimating material and labor costs. This is a full-time, permanent position that requires on-site presence.
In this role, you will read and analyze blueprints, prepare comprehensive cost estimates, and monitor contract expenditures. Your commercial construction experience is critical in managing estimates for projects ranging from $100,001 to $1,500,000. You will be instrumental in setting up and maintaining cost reporting systems.
Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates • Read and interpret blueprints and specifications • Create and submit Class A estimates • Analyze and recommend awards on tender submissions • Establish cost monitoring systems for projects
