Chief Estimator - Water & Wastewater

As an experienced Chief/Senior Estimator in the Water & Wastewater team at Pomerleau, you will support new business and ongoing project growth and challenge industry standards with your trade-driven expertise and knowledge. Working on large-scale projects – ranging from $50 million to upwards of $1 billion – you will work closely with our proposals team and various client groups to secure bids and ensure project success. Lead and manage the full-cycle bid process, ensuring accuracy and strategic alignment. Oversee preconstruction activities including bidding, cost estimation, budget analysis, and proposal support.
