An exciting career opportunity exists for a CEO & Cellar Master to lead the cellar in achieving its strategic, production, and financial objectives. The incumbent will report to the Board of Directors.

Key responsibilities include: Strategic Management and Planning Managing cellar and winemaking process Managing viticultural activities Managing facilities & infrastructure and the maintenance thereof Marketing, Sales and Public Relations Financial & Administrative Management Human Resources Management Reporting on all operations, results and deviations to the Board of Directors
