Job Purpose

• To lead, direct and manage all strategic and operational activities of MIMOS Services. The CEO will provide visionary leadership, drive revenue growth, ensure operational excellence, and establish MIMOS Services as a leading national and regional player in semiconductor, energy efficiency, AI technology, digital security, and smart government initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead MIMOS Services Sdn Bhd's strategic direction to position the organisation as a national centre of excellence for advanced R&D shared facilities supporting Malaysia's electronics and semiconductor ecosystem.
2. Oversee the operation and optimisation of shared R&D facilities to ensure high utilisation, industry relevance, and sustainable performance through collaboration with industry, academia, and government.
