Performance Executive Officer (CEO)

The Performance Executive Officer is the executive director of the Thorpe Recovery Centre, working in partnership with the Board to ensure the organization’s impact, mission, vision and strategic objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Ensure legal compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, accreditation standards, and ethical practices.
• Align organizational mission, vision and strategy with long‑term goals and stakeholder expectations.
• Oversee budget, financial management, risk mitigation and resource allocation to achieve financial sustainability.
• Provide strategic planning, governance and operational leadership, including program development and service delivery.
• Maintain relationships with the Board, staff, community partners, sponsors and funders.
