R1,813,182 to R2,135,835 per annum (All‑inclusive package, of which a portion can be structured according to the individual’s needs).

Requirements

• Appropriate NQF level 9 qualification – Master’s Degree (MBA, Human Sciences, or Humanities).
• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an executive or senior leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the Public Sector environment, including engagement with all spheres of government and community‑based organisations.
• Comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., PanSALB Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act).
• Demonstrated experience in financial management, strategic planning, performance management, and organisational turnaround.
