Requirements Appropriate NQF level 9 qualification – Master’s Degree (MBA, Human Sciences, or Humanities). Minimum of 7 years’ experience in an executive or senior leadership role. Strong understanding of the Public Sector environment, including engagement with all spheres of government and community‑based organisations. Comprehensive knowledge of applicable legislation (e.g., Pan SALB Act, PFMA, Treasury Regulations, Public Service Act).
