Chief Executive Officer (CEO) - REIT

We are recruiting for a CEO for an upcoming REIT and as the key appointment holder, you will be responsible in driving the application and listing process with the Singapore Exchange (SGX).

You will ensure information integrity and ensure all information in the prospectus and introductory documents is complete, accurate, and not misleading.

You will be leading the capital raising initiatives such as engaging in roadshows and pre-marketing activities to secure cornerstone investors and managing the IPO fundraising process.

You will provide strategic vision and insights in defining the long-term growth strategy for the new trust.

For post listing, you are expected to drive the overall business direction and operational decisions, including asset acquisitions, divestments, and enhancement initiatives (AEIs). You will focus on maintaining and growing the Distribution per Unit (DPU) to meet investor expectations.<...
