**Summary of Position**

_As the visionary and strategic leader of this leading nonprofit organization, the_ **_Chief Executive Officer (CEO)_** _is responsible for ensuring the organization is successful in its core mission while fostering a corporate culture of trust and professional fulfillment._

**Strategic Vision** :

+ Refine and maintain a strategic vision and plan in synergistic partnership with the Board of Directors and in accordance with the Board-approved Strategic Plan.

+ Expand existing programs as appropriate in order to broaden the scope of services and serve more families and their children.
+ Where appropriate, and consistent with the organization’s Strategic Plan, create new programs that would broaden the scope of services the organization is able to provide, thereby serving more families and their children.
