Job Responsibilities
The CEO will provide overall strategic leadership, management, and operational direction to the Company. Reporting to the Board of Directors of Tenang Capital Berhad, and to the Group CEO of KTMB, the CEO will be accountable for building Tenang Capital into a credible, profitable, and well-governed investment and operating company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITY

• Provide overall strategic leadership and direction to Tenang Capital Berhad in line with its mandate as the KTMB Group's primary non-fare revenue vehicle.
• Formulate, implement, and monitor Board-approved medium- and long-term business strategies, translating them into actionable plans, KPIs, and measurable outcomes.
• Drive sustainable business growth through the identification, evaluation, and development of new revenue streams, investments, joint ventures, and strategic partnerships.
