Chief Executive Officer, Private Capital Management

The Role

This position will lead the private capital management business unit to drive the Group's effort in syndication, capital raising, investor engagement, marketing and administration of its private funds in support of the overall business strategy of the Group.

Job Responsibilities

• Responsible to develop strategies to build the Group's private capital management business in support of the Group's forward growth objectives.
• Explore alternative portfolio strategies to enhance group level returns including portfolio construction, pre-syndication analytics and structuring.
• Manage the Group's capital raising process with focus on sourcing third party capital, marketing and managing investor due diligence requirements for private real estate funds or capital partnerships.
