Job Description

                    The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for ensuring the financial health, 

sustainability, and growth of the organization. As a member of the executive leadership team,

the CFO will oversee all financial functions, including financial planning, budgeting,

accounting, risk management, and capital management. The CFO takes full ownership

of group -level financial reporting and forecasting accuracy, ensuring that outputs are

investor - and board -ready without rework by the CEO. The CFO is the lead representative
in financial discussions with investors and DFIs and manages finance teams across
Kenya, DRC, and Belgium to ensure consistency, compliance, and excellence.
