Role Summary
PopAI is scaling a hybrid AI + Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) enterprise automation platform, with operating delivery through BPO capabilities and a build-and-buy strategy. We are hiring a Philippines-based Group CFO to lead the full finance agenda across the group: performance management and forecasting, cash and working capital, capital strategy (equity and credit funds), M&A and integration, commercial finance and unit economics, and enterprise-grade controls.
This is an execution-led CFO role. You will build a finance operating system that supports rapid growth, complex multi-entity reporting, enterprise/government sales cycles, and disciplined margin management across both AI platform and BPO delivery economics.
