Job Description

                    Responsibilities  To oversee operations efficiently. 
Provide leadership to engineering staff and develop a plan to - Increase revenue, profitability and growth through vertical and horizontal expansion. 
Ensure cost effective management, production efficiency and quality service. 
Manage resources and analyze production results and financial data. 
Analyze cost and quotations. 
Nourish and manage key customer relationships. 
Review activity reports to determine progress for reaching objectives. 
Ensure operation procedure compliance. 
Evaluate engineers performance. 
 Qualifications  10 or 15 years experience, 
Contracting background 
Electrical / Mechanical Engineering background 
Preferable experience from UAE 
Fluency in Arabic and English 
Ability to speak and write in English is required
