We are seeking an accomplished Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead the financial strategy, governance, and performance of our Miami headquarters and Latin America operations.
Reporting directly to the Vice President, this executive position requires a dynamic leader with solid accounting expertise, strategic vision, and a hands-on approach to financial planning, ERP management, and project-based financial leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Lead annual and multi-year financial planning: budgets, forecasts, and cash flow aligned with corporate strategy.
Define, monitor, and optimize project cost structures, ensuring profitability and efficiency across LATAM operations.
Oversee ERP implementation and continuous improvement, ensuring accurate, consolidated reporting.
Ensure compliance with US GAAP, IFRS, and local tax regulations in the U.S. and LATAM.
