Chief Financial Officer (Climate-tech, pre-Series A startup)

A rapidly growing, VC-backed climate tech company is hiring a CFO as part of their expansion plans. This early-stage startup is tackling a critical decarbonisation challenge in a traditionally hard-to-abate sector and has raised capital from leading global impact investors.
The business is looking for a finance leader to join the team early, work directly with the Founder, and build the finance function from the ground up. You will operate as a true
#1 in finance , with full ownership across all areas of finance, while heavily supporting strategic initiatives including fundraising, asset structuring, and new business build-outs.
This is a hands-on role - ideal for someone who is excited to roll up their sleeves in a lean team and grow with the company.
