Chief Financial Officer

TJob Summary: Accountable for all accounting, budgeting, financial controls, and costs for a functional organization (i.e., supply chain, marketing, Sales, service, engineering, manufacturing, branch/distributor, etc.). Ensures consistent application of accounting practices.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participates in the business as a member of the leadership team to drive key business metrics, provides input into development of business strategies, and provides financial support for new business development.

2. Directs monthly and quarterly financial reporting processes; leads finance communication across entity; develops and presents financial analysis to business partners.

3. Directs the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and forecast processes, provides leadership to business to meet cost and working capital targets.
