Chief Financial Officer – Infrastructure Holding Group

An international Infrastructure Holding Group is seeking an experienced Chief Financial Officer  (CFO) to lead finance, planning, and corporate support functions across a portfolio of major EPC, infrastructure, industrial, and project-based operations across the CIS region.

Based in Doha, this role will work closely with the Board of Directors and shareholders, supporting strategic decision-making, financial discipline, and operational performance.

The CFO will oversee core finance activities together with several key business support functions including Contracts, Legal, HR, IT, and Administration. This is a broad leadership role suited to a commercially minded executive with strong mandatory EPC sector experience and understanding of project-driven businesses.
