Chief Financial Officer

Role Purpose :

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) will be a strategic partner to the Founder-CEO and the Board , responsible for owning Yotta’s capital strategy, financial governance, investor confidence, SEZ economics, and IPO readiness , while ensuring flawless execution of finance operations during a period of hyper-growth.

This role blends capital markets leadership, infrastructure finance depth, and operational rigor , across India and global jurisdictions.

1. IPO, Listing & Capital Markets Leadership

• Lead end-to-end IPO readiness and execution for an India listing; maintain optionality for future US listing.
