Chief Financial Officer – Pan-African Manufacturing Group

Our client is a leading East African multi-country, Private Equity backed, industrial products manufacturer operating across Kenya, Uganda, Rwanda, and Zambia. Due to an internal promotion, they are seeking a commercially astute CFO to join its Executive Committee.
Reporting to the CEO and investors, you will lead Group financial strategy, IFRS reporting, budgeting and forecasting for this highly profitable business with further regional expansion plans underway. Key to this role will be debt fund raising and covenant compliance, and multi-country/currency controls. You'll partner on growth initiatives, capital raising for expansion CAPEX projects, M&A, operational efficiency, and Board-level decision-making — while managing lender, investor, and auditor relationships.
Requirements:
Only fully qualified Chartered Accountant, CPA, ACCA, or CIMA candidates will be considered
An MBA or postgraduate qualification in Finance or Corporate Finance will be an added advantage.
