Chief Financial Officer (PLC)

Responsibilities

Oversee the Group’s overall finance and accounting functions.

Ensure timely preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports in compliance with Bursa Malaysia and MFRS requirements.

Review management accounts, cash flow, budgets, and financial forecasts.

Ensure accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial reporting.

Support Board and Audit Committee matters relating to finance, governance, and risk management.

2. Treasury & Cash Flow Management

Manage the Group’s cash flow, banking facilities, and working capital requirements.

Monitor funding requirements, foreign exchange exposure, and financial risks.

3. Strategic & Business Support

Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to support business growth and operational decisions.

Evaluate investments, business expansion, and corporate exercises where applicable.
