A bootstrapped B2B payments fintech in Southeast Asia that achieved profitability in Year 2 and is now at the inflection point: scale with capital or scale profitably.
The Role:
Design the financial strategy for a growth decision. You'll model Series A scenarios vs. profitable-scaling scenarios, prepare investor materials if they choose to raise, and coach the founder on capital allocation and international expansion economics.
You'll Own: Financial modeling for Series A vs. profitable-growth scenarios Investor materials (deck, financial projections, investor narrative) Multi-currency accounting and FX strategy across 3 countries P&L analysis by market segment and customer cohort Board reporting and investor relations Capital allocation decisions (reinvestment vs. return to founders)
