Role Summary
PopAI is scaling a hybrid AI + Human-in-the-Loop (HITL)
enterprise automation platform with BPO delivery capacity. We are building a People and Purpose function that can support rapid growth, high standards, and a values-led culture.
We are hiring a senior People Leader to build and run the end-to-end people system: talent acquisition, contracts and HR governance, performance management, learning & development (incl. government-aligned upskilling), leadership capability, compensation and banding, compliance, and employee experience.
This is not a policy HR role. It is an exciting execution-led operating role, accountable for creating a high-performance culture with strong process and high care.
