CHIEF IMMIGRATION OFFICER: BEITBRIDGE: PORT OF ENTRY

• The successful candidates will be expected to perform the following:

Assist in planning, and coordinating the activities of the immigration unit. Implement policies and procedures related to immigration and border control. Supervise and provide guidance to immigration officers. Ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations. Liaise with other law enforcement agencies and stakeholders. Prepare reports and maintain records of immigration activities. Handle escalated cases and make decisions on complex immigration matters. Promptly attentively respond to customer requests within established parameters and time frames. Assess or check with customer to ensure solution meets request. Ensure that the Immigration legislature and approved protocols are enforced and respond to inquiries and requests in relation to immigration matters to ensure effective immigration management in the Port of Entry. Ensure t...
