Chief Information Officer

As CIO, you will play a central role in transforming Human Study's digital ecosystem. A key priority of this role is to evaluate, redesign, and reorganize the entire IT department—its structure, processes, and strategy—to ensure optimal performance and alignment with our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and implementation of a mission-aligned IT roadmap.
• Oversee infrastructure, systems, cybersecurity, and data protection.
• Strengthen digital learning tools (LMS/EMS) and support educational delivery.
• Guide and mentor an international, multicultural IT team.
• Improve workflows, support systems, and IT policies.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in Team leadership, ideally in education or mission-driven organisations.
