Chief Information Officer

General Accountability Reporting to the VP, Corporate Services, the Chief Information Officer (CIO) leads the visioning, development, implementation, and maintenance of the Agency’s information technology environment including enterprise IT systems, telecommunications, network access and security. The CIO leads a governance structure that develops the IT vision and aligns the IT initiatives with Agency priorities, monitors and reports on the performance of the IT portfolio, ensures policy and process frameworks are in place to protect the integrity, security, and privacy of personal health information and information resources, works with other leaders on leveraging the use of information systems in the delivery of cancer prevention and patient care, evidence-based decision making and increasing organizational performance, acts as a change agent for organization transformation through the integration of technology, processes, and people, and oversees IT relationships with external enti...
