Key Responsibilities

1. IT Strategy, Governance & Architecture Alignment

• Translate Strategy 2030 into a future-ready IT foundation that supports the Procurement Orchestration Platform 2.0, multi-client data lake, and horizontal operating model.
• Establish and run a modern IT governance model aligned with cross-functional GEB priorities (TOM, Tech & Data, Talent, Multi-engine).
• Own the enterprise architecture, ensuring full alignment with the CTO’s platform blueprint (Data Lake, integration layer, trust layer, vertical LLM, procurement platform).
• Implement the IT components needed for scalability, standardization, simplification, and automation , supporting efficiency improvements of +20% EBITDA margin.
