Role Overview:

We are seeking a qualified and dynamic Chief Instructor to lead, oversee, and ensure the excellence of our suite of first aid training programs. The ideal candidate is an authoritative subject matter expert with a proven track record in instructional leadership and a deep commitment to upholding the highest standards of training delivery and assessment.

• Instructional Leadership & Quality Assurance: Serve as the lead authority for all course content, instructional methodologies, and skill evaluations for the following programs:

• Standard First Aid Course

• BCLS Instructor Course
• BCLS + AED
• Child First Aid
• CPR + AED
• Curriculum Compliance: Ensure all training programs strictly adhere to the latest guidelines and accreditation standards set by relevant authorities (e.g., SRFAC).
