Chief Instructor Dance / Theatre (Preschool industry)

Job Requirements:
PLEASE note that this position is management level and require significant technical knowledge in preschool industry and strong experience or technical knowledge in respective Performing Arts form. Competent in conducting all type of Dance and Music & Movement classes in Childcare, Private group or 1-to-1 setting Competent in heading and maintaining a strong Dance / Theatre department with Muse Arts methodology Able to work under pressure dealing with deadlines of curriculum writing, effective problem solving and last minute changes, such as standing in for classes if necessary Writing of curriculum with age appropriate activities Work with Assistant Chief Instructors to create a holistic curriculum for MuseKids Training of instructors and providing assistance to instructors that are having difficulty conducting their classes by providing accurate and targeted solutions to the specific situation.
